Family Made Canning
Welcome to Preserved! I started canning in 2011, experimenting with a variety of recipes - to be able to put healthy food, from simple ingredients, on our family dining table. After many dinner parties, charcuterie boards, and comments from friends and family that I should “sell this stuff,” I took a leap of faith and made a big batch for our very first market. Long story short, here we are, producing quality products with the same goal in mind - healthy foods from simple ingredients.
