Pickled Asparagus is tender (but still crisp!) asparagus spears preserved in a sweet vinegar brine with garlic, dill, mustard seed and chilli flake. A crisp sweet and slightly tart flavour makes it a great garnish for caesars, snack or unique addition to charcuterie boards and salads.
